Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, plans, and design proposals.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and site teams.
Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.
Ensure designs comply with building codes and project requirements.
Prepare 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
Revise designs based on client and project requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape or similar software.
Knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Portfolio of previous work is preferred.
