Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily construction site activities.
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Monitor construction quality, materials, and workmanship.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers.
Track project progress and prepare site reports.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.
Check measurements, quantities, and work completion.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
1–3 years of relevant site experience preferred.
Good knowledge of construction methods and site management.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage site responsibilities.
